Overview
LionGolf’s golf club repair and tuning service in Ho Chi Minh City inspects, restores and adjusts your clubs according to their actual condition. From regripping, reshafting, lie–loft adjustment and length changes to checking ferrules, epoxy and head weight, our technicians explain everything clearly before starting.
Repair and tuning services
-
Regripping in the right size
Slick, hardened or wrongly sized grips can make golfers squeeze too hard. The right grip improves traction and keeps the face more stable at impact.
-
Lie and loft adjustment
Check and adjust lie and loft according to the club’s actual condition to support start direction, trajectory and consistent distance gapping.
-
Reshafting and length adjustment
Check the shaft, flex, weight and length so the set better suits your setup, swing tempo and feel.
-
Ferrule and epoxy inspection
Check the joint between shaft and head to catch loose ferrules, degraded epoxy or other irregularities before they affect safety.
-
Weight balancing
Check the overall weight and head feel for a better-balanced set that helps you keep a steady tempo throughout the round.
-
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the heads and check the grooves, grips, shafts and joints to spot anything that needs maintenance early.
Benefits of repair and tuning
- Correctly sized grips keep your hands more comfortable and reduce unnecessary grip pressure.
- Consistent lie and loft make gapping between clubs easier to control.
- The right shaft and length support your setup, swing tempo and a consistent feel.
- Checked ferrules, epoxy and joints make the clubs safer to use.
- Timely maintenance extends the life of your clubs and avoids unnecessary replacements.
Before you bring your clubs
When should you bring your clubs in?
Have them checked when grips lose traction, the head or ferrule feels loose, the shaft makes an unusual noise, gapping becomes inconsistent or the feel changes noticeably.
What to bring
Bring the clubs with problems, or the whole set if gapping needs checking. To assess posture and length, bring the golf shoes you usually wear.
Time and cost
Time and cost depend on the service, the number of clubs, their actual condition and the parts required. LionGolf staff will inspect and give an exact quote before starting.
When to combine with a fitting
If you’re not sure whether the issue comes from technique or equipment setup, get measured and analyzed before changing shafts, length or lie–loft. For putters, see our Putter fitting service.

Frequently asked questions
How long does regripping take?
It depends on the number of clubs, the type of grip and the condition of the old grips. LionGolf will inspect and let you know the expected time before starting.
Can lie and loft be adjusted on every club?
It depends on the material, head construction and technical limits of each model. Our technicians check first to avoid damaging the club head.
Can a broken shaft be replaced?
Reshafting depends on the condition of the head, where the shaft broke and whether the remaining shaft can be removed. LionGolf will inspect the club before confirming the solution.
Does LionGolf repair clubs not bought in store?
You can bring in the clubs you use for an inspection. Whether they can be repaired is confirmed based on their actual condition, construction and suitable parts.
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking in advance by hotline or Zalo so LionGolf can prepare the work area, testing equipment and a suitable time to receive your clubs.
Does LionGolf give a quote before repairing?
Yes. Our staff inspect the clubs, the work required and the parts involved before giving you an exact quote to confirm.
