Warranty period
The warranty period depends on the product, brand or service. Specific information is shown on the product page, the warranty card or the purchase invoice.
Warranty conditions
Products are covered when used according to the instructions and not repaired or modified by the customer. For products with a warranty seal, the seal must be intact – not torn, patched or showing signs of tampering.
Customer benefits
During the warranty period, customers may request inspection, repair, replacement or another appropriate solution if the product has a manufacturing defect.

The Lion Golf team receives and handles warranty requests by phone, email or in store.
Bảo hành gậy golf Majesty
Gậy golf Majesty được bảo hành miễn phí 02 năm kể từ ngày mua lẻ, tính theo chứng từ bán lẻ.
Bóng, túi gậy, túi Majesty: bảo hành 01 năm với lỗi do nhà sản xuất.

Lỗi miễn phí chỉ được tính khi lỗi xảy ra trong thời hạn bảo hành 02 năm.
Điều kiện chung
- Bảo hành chỉ áp dụng khi có chứng từ mua hàng hợp lệ.
- Mã vạch hoặc tem chính hãng trên sản phẩm bị hư hỏng hoặc mất thì không được bảo hành miễn phí.
- Gậy đã bị bên khác ngoài Majesty sửa chữa, làm biến dạng thì không được bảo hành miễn phí.
- Sản phẩm đã ngừng sản xuất được thay bằng sản phẩm có giá trị tương đương.
- Hết linh kiện thay thế trong thời hạn bảo hành thì sản phẩm được thay miễn phí bằng sản phẩm cùng phân khúc hoặc tương đương.

Return & exchange policy
Exchange period: 3 days. Within 3 days of purchase, if a product is not suitable, you may exchange it for another product or size provided the conditions below are met.
Exchange conditions
- The product is unused.
- Original packaging, labels and included accessories are intact.
- You have the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Damage in transit must be confirmed by the shipping carrier.
- The replacement product is of equal or higher value than the original.
- Each product can only be exchanged once.
How to exchange
- Contact the Lion Golf store where you made the purchase (details on the invoice) to check the exchange conditions.
- Choose how to exchange: bring the product to the store or send it via a shipping carrier.
- If shipping, please pack the product carefully and make sure it is unused with its tags intact.
Shipping costs
When exchanging for a different product for personal reasons, the customer covers the cost of returning the item and shipping the new product. The delivery fee of the original purchase is not refunded.
Lion Golf covers shipping costs if the wrong type or model was delivered, or if the product has a defect confirmed by Lion Golf or the manufacturer.
For products with a free gift, please return the gift unused, in its original packaging with labels intact.
